Geelong Quarter is a new mixed-use development perfectly located 500m from the shore and 500m from the Geelong CBD. Lanec will be involved in the Design and Construction of the Electrical, Communications, Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms and Guest Room Management System. The mixed-use West Tower will include a 180 room Holiday Inn Hotel will be the anchor tenant. The West Tower will also include ground-level retail and an integrated residential development comprising of 15 high end apartments, which will share in the use of the Holiday Inn’s hotel facilities. The East Tower, Ryrie Home will consist of 105 contemporary apartments between one and three bedrooms.
